You will receive two VERY important books when you purchase a home with Cook Residential. Each book is specific concerning which neighborhood you’re buying in. We have several communities across Northeast Georgia, including Hall, Winder, Habersham, Bogart and Walton. The first book, the Homeowner’s Handbook, is given when the contract goes binding. Cook’s Homeowner’s Handbook contains selections to pick from, The GAHBA Homeowner Handbook and various HOA information. This is the book that you will bring to every appointment and walk with Cook Residential. When the big day comes (closing day) you’ll get the Owner Warranty Manual, which explains the warranty procedures and specifics for your home. This book contains very helpful information for submitting warranty claims and explains helpful tips for the upkeep on your new house. Even if these are the only two books in your library, you’ll be well read. For more information on homebuying or the books you’ll receive from Cook Residential, contact a New Home Specialist!
