I had had numerous meetings with the previous construction superintendent and naturally, I was very anxious about working with the “new man in charge”. I am a stickler for detail and spent many hours planning every detail of our house. Would Wayne spend time with me and review everything I had discussed with the previous builder? Would he understand what I wanted? Would he listen to me? Would he be patient with me and explain things I didn’t understand? Would we be able to work together with one another and communicate?
