Cook Residential announces the unveiling of their revitalized look for cook-residential.com. The company has spent the last few months working to create a better buyer experience for our current and future clients.  Our new mobile first focused web design allows each future homeowner to search our featured communities to the fullest.  The new community layout truly allows you to understand the floor plan options for that neighborhood directly from the site.  Within each community page you can directly connect to our model home and local points of interest pulling directly from Google Maps.  Area schools, shopping, and dining options are simply a swipe of your finger away!

Each community section will allow you to download the floor plan flyers directly from the site so you can review the layout and have your questions ready for one of our expert new home consultants.  Our model home hours, community agent, and contact information are now located on each community page to allow the buyer the ability to reach out directly to the right person as they are driving through a Cook Community. We have also added the Move-in Ready option for buyers to be able to see homes that are completed or ready for buyer selections to complete the home’s building process.

In the coming months, you will be able to compare the standard options and features for each neighborhood, discover new construction projects on stand alone lots, and experience more of the quality products and services that Cook has to offer.  An upgraded design center experience is also in the works.  We are working toward giving you an inside look at the design center process.  Our top rated design center experience truly is second to none and is one of the many details that sets Cook apart from the competition.
