The new Lanier plan offers exceptional space and efficiency for families looking for plenty of open family space below and sufficient living space upstairs to have your own privacy. This two-story home is exactly the kind of plan families across North Georgia have given us feedback that they would like to see, so we are pleased to unveil it in earlier 2017. Moving forward we have three additional plans- The Burton, Blackshear, and Hartwell that will be making their debut in the first quarter for the those looking for a bit more square footage but with open spaces and outdoor options. Cook Residential is also proud to announce the expansion of our homes in the Hall County market with new construction homes coming to Grant Station in Gainesville off of Cool Springs Rd, 5 new homes starting construction off Ponderosa Farm Rd in Southern Hall County, and development in the Waterford Glen community in Lula, GA.
Our development team is busy working away to offer a few more options to buyers in the Hall County community in 2017. We are also expanding our available lots in the Riverbend at Bear Creek community in Jackson County and are excited to announce our grand opening of Mulberry Estates in Winder in the month of January. Our Hottest Community- Highland Gates- is wrapping up the front half of our Village lots with negotiations underway to expand our offerings in this Gainesville community.
