Secluded in the Northwestern reaches of Hall County — just minutes from Lake Lanier —lies the beautifully wooded and spectacular scenery of Grant Station. The community features lots with the opportunity for breath-taking mountain views and that traditional community feels.  An on-site pond, scenic sidewalks, and secluded spaces of this community were designed to set this neighborhood apart from the ever-expanding commercial development right down the road in Gainesville.
Grant Station is a niche in the local area because it provides affordable new home construction in the Chestatee School district area.  As with many neighborhoods across the country, this community laid dormant for many years and was subject to the normal wear and tear that accompanies lack of attention. However, new development is set to transform the once grown over green spaces into Chestatee’s best neighborhood for work and play. Â
This community sits just minutes from Bolding Mill Park and provides boat ramp access to Lake Lanier’s northern shores. Â Also located just down the road is one of North Hall’s newest community parks at Cool Springs. Â This county maintained park features playgrounds, ball fields and children all of all ages throughout the year for local sports.
Grant Station provides plenty of opportunities to take your dog for a walk or a quick visit to the pond after a long days work.  A drive through the neighborhood will provide visitors the opportunity to see the exquisite collection of existing Craftsman homes from over the years. Then look over the opportunities within the community to join this way of life.
New construction homes are now under construction and should be ready in Fall of 2017 for buyers to move in before the holiday season.
Move in Ready Homes
The decorated Oconee model home will be coming soon for visitors to stop by and entertain their thoughts about becoming a resident of Grant Station.  Our highly sought after Shelly should be ready soon for its new tenants near the main entrance of this community.  Both ranch and two-story homes are underway this month for buyers to be able to choose inventory homes this fall.  Each plan features plenty of space for adults and children. The Shelly, Lucy, Sinclair and Oconee floor plans both feature master on the main options while the Lanier plan features the master on the second floor. Full unfinished basements will be available on our Lucy plan by the end of Fall. Future plans include the ranch style Sinclair plan and Lanier plans for this community to complete a cohesive market of one and two-story plans.
Future Grant Station residents can currently take advantage of our Final Days of Summer event and receive up to $5,000 in closing cost on our inventory homes or $2,500 toward picking their own lot and plan. Â For more information, speak to one of our new home sales consultants.
